But I think everyone mistakes who is punished.... New players and newer teams already have both young coaches since short time in the game and a need to gradually improve either way....

- I invested a lot to have good head coach, and now he can retire after 2 seasons!
- Some of trainers are there for over 60 seasons!
- Who's going to hurt more this retirement: someone playing 30 seasons, or me playing 4? They already paid off investment 100 times!
Idk how long it counts for club to be "new", but 4 seasons are not long, but at same time are over a year tough time to get here, and this retirement is not helpful in any case! Why? I made long term plan and decided from very beginning to go with better coaches, invested a lot in coaching stuff, bought affordable trainees with similar training requirements, and sell only if I have to and my finances are critical.
Now this will make my club like any other they try to fight against - buying and selling in cycles and collecting money for trainers recruitment, salaries and case I decide to compete and fight for promotion... when finances allow me.
I know lot of people bothers clubs having couple hundred millions on account.
Wasn't just easier make limit how much they can spend over season according to league level? If they want to invest 100M, they need to fight for promotion first!
Second, make U21/NT games complete arcade so we can play with strongest teams! This crap disabling coaches to see players skills is ridiculous! Do managers know we can still play their players without knowing their skills, and they still can pick injury in Q or WC match!
There is a lot of things bothering me, but rich clubs aren't any of my problems! I think lot of people are just jealous they can afford best trainees, or rich clubs didn't picked any of their players...
You say it will be same for all: I don't think so - it's not same club having 250k, 2.5M, 25M, or 250M on account. I am in second group and recruiting new coach after 2-3 seasons was not in my mind! And it can cost lot more as I have there...
Priority was to expand stadium so I can afford salaries of 2 magical and 3 brilliant coaches, and some of my players reached brilliant skills so I can assume I need to pay them accordingly after season ends! ;)

there's not such thing as a "method" though :P just normal settings and luck
If you want to troll, your problem, if you want to call normal configurations and luck, your problem, you are well known for contradicting everyone, I have my method and I practice it, my problem works for me. I don't need to answer more.

Borkos's player is a brilliant, not an unearthly, BUT, he's one of the few lucky ones who get the right pick at the first try. Normally, you need to invest at least 500k to pull a player like that! But I still feel this change needs to have a counter measure imo! Cause this change is extremely unfair for the unlucky ones with the ancient coaches.
1 season is not enough to prepare your team on an ambush of this size if you have 5 coaches around or above 100y. And since 1000's of people will want to buy a new coach, prices will skyrocket for sure. Recruiting will stay untouched...well. Then either you are extremely lucky like Borkos and pay 30k for the coach you want OR you are extremely unlucky like myself and pay 25M or more for 5 coaches you want...
I already know a handfull of coaches who will quit Sokker, either soon or a bit later, from knowing this update is coming suddenly and without warning, without any counter measurements or fair chances to prevent their team from falling apart, since they will be forced to sell their entire team to get new coaches. And yes...they are older coaches and no, they don't sit on a pile of money like those traders, who will be the only group of people who will have enough money to solve this problem head on, out of the entire group of managers who will face extreme bad luck in this matter.

One question for the upcoming update. Is it possible to have the coach's recruiting or signing date or age with the coach, so we know how long the coach has been within the club? I think this update asks for a weldeserved extra statistic and maybe a hall of fame to have your coach placed in?

Currently I no longer have the possibility to "reach the goal"
To be really FAIR it should be implemented in at least 17 weeks (to have the possibility of reaching the goal and keep the trainer)

People must settle with brilliant or magical, with unearthly be as rare as world class players Are suppose to be
If you think about it..... investing in a unearthly at 3-10 m eu more then magicals, then it will need to get that extra payoff within 20 seasons to be financially smart... and the training difference isnt big, the head coaches and assistants influence on gts Are much more limited then 16 or 15 in the skill you train, And getting coaches that pair with enough combos for what different thing you train at a time level 16 is easy.
Before an coach is unearthly he must have at least 15.625 in average which is extremely high when 16.2 is the skill ceiling

But.... What I understood...
1st Week of Next Season you will be noticed in PressRoom that your Coach will retire at the end of the Season. So... You have 13 Weeks to find a new one...

People talk about getting 5 new coaches at 40-60 m eu... what the f.... how will small coaching gains cover that much In only 20 seasons...
Traders and farm teams wont invest that much money.... they will lose money on it
Settle with less, you need to replace them again either way

Really? I invested 25M for 2 unearthly coaches by recruiting! Why? Because I wanted to train the best possible players for our NT! And there are several managers who play the game with that purpose. But...we are rotten apples and must be removed from the game the hard way!
You know. Not everyone plays this game for profits! Most of us play the game for fun, but clearly fun is not allowed anymore.

Really? I invested 25M for 2 unearthly coaches by recruiting! Why? Because I wanted to train the best possible players for our NT! And there are several managers who play the game with that purpose. But...we are rotten apples and must be removed from the game the hard way!

It will be a matter of accepting little worse coaches just like we had to with top players...
I can relate to the update, not to the fact that some of us will live happily ever after with our staff and others will get doomsday passing their team. Imo...fair chances for everyone...pull down all ages for 60+ y old coaches back to 60 and everyone will have a fair chance of replacing coaches IF they need to.
