If you change 2 magical coaches with each other and their skillsum is different, then you can see it.
You can check it manually, by calculating every skill too, but this is easier.

borkos is right on this one.
I have all magical trainers. Junior coach is expensive, others are cheap.
Junior - 87% (this one should be close to 93%)
Assistants - 87%
Main coach - all unearthly skills are at 94%, while possible, highly unprobable.
Therefore on that screen decimals do not matter.

the question is - what the screen shows is it the same what the engine uses:P
I think (don't know for sure) that engine, training formulas, uses skills in scale from 1 to 100.
In training reports decimals do not matter.
8x magical coach is presented as 88%, but he can be like 8x 15,12 (skill with decimals)
At the same time, you can have 6x 14 + 2x 15 coach, presented as 84%, but he could be 6x 14,94 + 2x 15,84 which means he is in average better that that 8x 15 one.

Ha would also be magical, not brilliant coach then. Probably.

talking about decimals, let's say a player pops to 15 in striking on week 1. if then he gets a training in striking, is his skill the same or do the decimals matter how he performs in the game?
i.e. 15 vs 15.1 (for example)
i.e. 15 vs 15.1 (for example)
If it's true what I think how it wroks, it matters. 15,30 players will perform better than 15,12.
Just a question in between... If, how and when will the new stamina be introduced?
So far, nothing is happening in terms of changes to the stamina mechanics.
A tutorial is being developed. In addition, it is possible that some new view will be created for any of the old pages. That's all that's happening at the moment.
It is likely that decisions will be made soon as to what will go ‘into the workshop’ next.

I Hope it will be a tutorial with in game action. Like reading a chapter about training, then setting players to advanved training. Reading a chapter about how the market works. Put some start bids. Get rewards for doing these tasks.
I know its harder to code, but it will be a lot better and more effektive then just a bunch of stuff to read.

First step of work is about creating SHORT messages to pressroom.
First login -> short welcome message inviting you to the game with link to club's page
Meeting Club's Page -> short info about club with link to squad
Squad Page -> info about players with link to "team star"
Player Page (team star as example) -> info about skills etc
And so one over all aspects of the game, finances, transfers, training, tactics, stadium, fans etc.
This that first version of tutorial is only about reading. But hopefully it will be possible to create other-interactiv functions.

Im afraid if No direct tasks added and rewarding for doing them. A lot wont read the tutorial. But hope you prove me wrong. Just glad something is being done on this part.
From what I understand of his explanation is that people will get pop up messages if they enter a page for the first time.
I recon that tutorial video's will have more effect. Have links to the video's on the appropriate pages and make video's on each page where someone shows what can be done on that page. Also, have all links in a separate tutorial link on the overview and / or club page and / or in de side menu. Maybe a connection to the rules, where tutorials can be shown when looking for something within the rules...
The best, off course is an interactive tutorial where, like you said, newcomers can explore their team and gradually play parts free and get rewards for accomplishing certain tasks, But initially, the video method might help for now.

Not a pop-up, but message to the pressroom - you will see a red sign of unreaded message. Maybe it would be possible to add a hint to overview about tutorial message in pressroom, need to ask.

I am already asking be-dev about such a way. For example, after reading message about fans, there would be a button at the bottom like ‘meet your fans’ -> after clicking this button you would receive another message about increasing your fanclub from 200 to 500 (because 200 is really not enough in the current reality of sokker). Such an action would be available to everyone in the game (including old users) with the condition if your fan count is less than 500 -> make it 500.
I hope this will be possible (it is possible, I'm talking about be-dev time availability).

Would be a great innitiative and, as you said, needed for new managers today.
It's imo one of many possibilities you can add. This is great to read!
