tactical decisions:P i guess in sokker coach is not really a coach but more like a trainer.
Well I like the idea that remove posición order in tactical Game, no more def, mis, fw... If training is slower. You can make the training of the top 10 more permissive and allow greater flexibility at the tactical level.
This gives enough room to improve aspects of the game and suddenly open the range of opportunities to compete..
I think, I like see an 550, 253, 244, 262, 361, etc

I agree, i dont see why training cant be personalized. i think main purpose is 10 advanced limit to limit number of super players

Sokker needs to be more atractive, 15 year old JUNIOR on our school, and equal oportunities for all teams to get a 16 level coach.
Injuries cant be more than 18 days!!! that means EIGHT GAMES lost!!!
Nobody can REALLY Compite if 2 or 3 of your best players get injuried for 25 days... thats insane...
i have a 33 yo striker, he get 25 days of injury... still 15 days injurie (and you know that is going to be EVEN MORE at his age)
SOKKER is really nice for us... OLD PEOPLE who has patience...
But EVEN US lost our patience if after 16 years THE MAIN ISSUES of the game dosent improve.
Only "Makeup" changes, or, get more dificult to STAY the same that you have done till today.
You cam consider yourself lucky with ONLY 25 days injury, i have had since the beginning of the season almost a 35 yo player 32 days, and he is still absent :P he will miss the whole season, but it's a known thing and it's up to me as manager to play by the rules until something changes. Until then everybody plays the same game with the same pros and cons.
Obviously Injuries could be adjusted and the ''accumulative injury thing '' should be fixed. But going for 15 y.o youths and stuff im not sure it's the way here + reducing injuries to 18 days?

No you Are the manager. Coaches Are what train the players together with manager.
Coach as main, trainers as secondary is american english... and in football british english is used more common... word picking though
