juytt to All
First, i want to thank Devs to open a forum and writing us back a Dev diary.

I ( we...) know what's happen in « ideas/fix » : hundred of topics for almost nothing. If i check the tag “IMP” (Idea has been implemented) I count 3 topics vs tons of post tag « ideas » without any answer.

Sokker Development (en) is following a same road as « ideas/fix ». Until now with get pages of topics, topics lost under "older pages » navigation. I checked : « Accepted » tag is… 1. « rejected » is 1.

I know, DEvs dont have time to read all, and time to answer. The Dev diary is GREAT. BUT, admins/community managers should make a resume for devs and bring us (the community) a QUICK answer for many « open » topics.

I expect devs/admins feedback (or decision) for opening topic, at minimal just a tag “later”, « rejected » , "fixed" « to fix », « waiting », whatever but please…a feedback! Otherwise, IMO, this forum will be no more enthusiastic as it is now...

I like the idea but will eat a lot of time from the devs to do it I'm not sure mods and admins are aware or authorized to do it.

Take it easy, dude.
Starting with a new job is tough. The weren't taught in school how to fix Greg's messed up game.

I would like to see them rejecting more ideas for now. There are some bad ones that are just clogging the forum.
2020-04-27 14:10:02
hahaha

But for sure there should be someone to read ideas and suggestions and maybe give a summery to devs and they can give some feedback, at least what in interesting to them.

Yes ok "rejecting".... too :-)

Clearly, maybe im a little rude, but in my opinion closing all topics is better than keeping 'open topic' without any feedbacks and create community frustrations. The Diary is ok and a "bug/idea" forum already exist...

Maybe I was too harsh towards you :)

No need for them to answer everything, but some serious discussions had been started and it would be nice to know the stance of the Devs on some issues, like trading for example. But, I'm sure that they are very busy.

And people are posting so much stuff, It is hard to read all of it. I have a bit complex idea about the form of players, but I don't feel like writing it. Its just gonna be a footnote in the history of this forum.

they do that one of topic is accepted :) so not we rate we expect but still and raul comments very often in threads so for me is good so far

This will be done in the near future. It all just started 2 weeks ago :)

First topic made in this forum by Lord Legolas: 2020-04-10 11:42:07

And these are the things they are working on right now (more work as everything together after the implementation of the '3D' player, or maybe even after 2004):

I know I can be impatient ... ;P

Its not a question of patience (or not) :-) Of course implementation to make it work (without flash) already need 100% devs effort and... times... BUT meanwhile, admins should manage feedback / validation workflow now:

1. What is happen during 2 weeks : more and more topics lost in more and more topics. Tagging feedback help to find, filter and organize : otherwise many (good) things will be lost in next next next forum pages, community (and devs!) will be lost of a good overview in this forum.

2. We ve got already topics with a large +1 consensus (a minority of topics...) This things will be lost, it doent need more discussions, just a dev decision / feedback.

3. It's requiring 1% effort for devs to quickly decide and tagging a 'status' if admins write back "ideas and changes proposal" resume for devs. The benefit of this "small" effort is great : "stop "discussion for nothing"/ close topics, stop duplicates topic during times... Get a good overview of what's happen NEXT.

Admins are not tech people they do not need to be so only devs can say what is feasible and not and what worth efforts so have to wait. Physically is not possible to answer all when they are busy so let's wait news on Friday :)

Read 3. first.

then 2. then 1 for consequences

As is said multiple times... 2-step plan...

1st step = flash replacement program + bug fixing.

2nd... Improvements on gameplay...
For the moment we're still in phase 1 so don't worry...
Devs are reading along but this forum is priority 2.
First things first.

And every friday they give an update about things done and things to do next.
If you feel there are things they should've answered to or gave some feedback at and they didn't, only means it will receive the feedback later as it is less prior for the moment...
2020-04-29 23:19:22
Well i understand the 2 steps... But the idea was to quick tagging action/feedback on topic, not working on, that's a common workflow in 'agile devs' to organize things for ... LATER.

I am pretty sure that the amount of work to review tons of topics during phase 2 will never happen.

Tag this topic CLOSED ;-)

We will start to give our comments, in few weeks. We even commented few topics, but for now we would like to focus on main areas - tomorrow we will start voting about season schedule, so according to that few threads will be addressed.

voting on limited options is not voting
