I think is a very good system.
I like so much that at the final, you know exactly your classification. For exemple:

Team finished International Cup C.14 in position 27

(because I participated in 14th group of 64 teams of the third level; I finished my group of 8 teams [C.14.a, or C.14.b, c,d,e,f,g,h] in position 1,2 3 or 4; In the playoff fase I lost two matches, than I won the next one, I lost, and finally I won the final for position 27 or 28 of 14th group of third level International Cup.

Without relegation or promotion matches for me, in this case.

Great to see new ideas, but when it benefits only the best teams in highest leagues in countries without any extra for other leagues, it is an absolute -1 for me.

maybe not understood you correctly, but in my proposal, all the teams in the world (now 10000 more or less), play every game. 12 matches for sure all users. For me a promotion and relegation system between 5 level (as a league) would be ideal, it would be match 13. but it could be adapted to the proposal of the dev who seem want a cup

And this would be as an OPTION B of my proposal "A" (at page 8 of this topic)





I've tried to focus on improving on Friday. I think that regional cups could be organized but only for first division winners and the best country cup winners.

They could be called:

American champions cup
Europe champions cup
Asian champions cup
African champions cup
Oceania champions cup

Maybe Africa and Oceania could go together since there are few countries. I don´t know. That would be looking at it


The idea would be, at the beginning of the season, on Friday the regional cups are played (maximum 64 teams in each cup). That is 6 rounds. Although in some regions there are fewer teams and could be 32 teams, and 5 rounds.

In the regional cups I don't think it is necessary for all the teams to play (10000 users), like in the international cup / league. I think it would be repetitive. In addition, we are shortening the season and adding one fixed game per week. A second extra game that we already play per week, maybe it could be too much for many users. In this way, the first league winners, (and those of the best cup winners countries), would have their prize in the next season. This competition would come to replace the current Champions Cup, but it would be replaced by 5 regional cups (or 4 if Africa and Oceania meet, or Oceania and Asia).

The competition system would be the same as in the current Champions Cup: playoff every round. The loser removed. The winner goes to next round.


This would also justify that the international competition on Wednesdays (that I proposed at option "A" two days ago) had a promotion/relegation system, since we would already have other international cups on Fridays (although only for champions).

When the regional cups end, the national cups start in each country, with the final in week 14


To improve the calendar, we could advance to week 1 the start of the international league / cup, so on Wednesdays we could play relegation match of the international league at week 13 and at week 14, the same Wednesday, the relegation matches of national leagues.

It is possible that this proposal has more people against it, but we have to think that the training system only requires that we have a minimum of 2 official matches per week to make the most of the training. We would have this with the Sunday matches: national league and Wednesday matches (international league or cup, if the devs decide this).

I don't think another international competition is necessary for everyone on Friday, but seeing as there are many demands for regional competitions, it could be an interesting solution. In this way, we would replace the current Champions cup and a sense (and prize) to the teams that won leagues and national cups the previous season

As for the national cups, we only left 8 rounds. They would serve for the majority of current countries. But not for Poland, Romania, Italy (and I don't know if any more). In these specific cases, the devs' proposal 2 for national cup could be adopted : national cup for teams from I to III division, and second cup for teams from IV and other divisions. (only for Poland, Romania and Italy)

Another option would be, that the cup, in Polska, Italy and Romania, will start in week 3 or 4, while the regional cups are still being disputed but the champions of those countries join the national cup when they are removed from the regional cup ( at most at week 6). We are talking about only one team ( 2 maximum) for each of those countries

I do like this better than your original idea

Maybe if the national and regional cup were swapped, then it could be the top team from each nation in that region, and then the rest of the 64 spots are filled by the runner ups from the cup (moving down team ranking order) and then if more need filling, highest ranked 3rd place etc.


Other options may be to have the regional cup one or two weeks longer, and if you happen to still be in the national cup, well let's be real you are doing pretty well for yourself so don't get greedy haha. I'd be ok with missing the regional cup if I made the final stage of the national cup, as it also gives some people who are just off the top a chance. Or maybe I want to have a run at the regional cup, and throw a match in the national cup, that gives someone else a crack at the national cup.
It adds another tactical contemplation to the game.

I do think it is very important that every team gets to play in their own national cup (which you have). One benefit of the order you have is that you could have the national cup a bit like a tennis draw. So if you have 68 teams, the first round (like a wildcard), are just those managers ranked 61-68,and the winners then take up spots 61-64 in the main draw.
This would actually give one extra week for the regional cup competition as not everyone would need to play the first round of the national cup. And having 128 teams in the regional cup I think is better because you get more players from each country

I do really like that you are continuing to develop this schedule and taking kn to consideration possibly ways to add in what people want without abandoning the basic principles of a good draw.

I see a problem in week 13 and 14. Some teams will not play any playoffs and they will be already out of National cup. They would have only 1 official match during those two weeks. There was a request from the user base that there should be option to arrange a friendly if you don't play a playoff. Devs said that the effect of friendlies on training will be minimal. But I really think that those friendlies arranged on Wednesday week 13 and 14 should be considered as official games for the training purposes. But we have to separate them somehow from Friday friendlies, so it is obvious that they are not the same

Yep, I would consider all the matches, official or friendlies, the same concerning to the training. One less problem for devs and all the people happy.

People would just put their strongest players in official games and all the young players in friendlies. It would be the same as today.

If you have for sure 2 official matches every week. You can train perfectly 10 player. Better than current system . Today most users are removed early national cup and only have one official match most of season. If you train same 10 players, its a problem. But with new system, p ex with my proposal , those conditions clearly improve

I still think that there's too little time between friday of week 14 and sunday of week 1.

PLayoff is bad.. stop that.
There are many more challenges, no need for the playoff to animate the game.

Week 13 : 13 and 14th League match, friday cup .
Week 14 : sunday final cup/friendly, wednesday friendly, friday no match.

or possible to play Cup wednesday for Spain/Magyarország/Česká republika, and Friday for Türkiye/Brasil.
Roumania, Italia, Polska are only 1 Cup.
