No, everyone - but in different levels (so first team in league will be promoted for higher level of competition than the last one).
There is also a group stage (as in real LM) so it gives you chance to play at least 6 official games in it.

But then , if the international cup only 32 or 64 teams participated and there are 100 countries. at least you will need 2 international cups (or 3 or 4 if they are 32) for champions of all leagues 1 (Will there be 2,3 or 4 league level 1 winners instead of a CC winner as there is now ??)
if that is so, could a sort of final (or final four) be made between the winners of each of the level 1 international cup to determine who is the world sokker champion at club level?

If not possible, How can you know who is the best of all that season?

and on the other hand, the national cup champions will no longer be considered and will participate in the international cup according to their league result?

I definitely think that is why an international league would be better than an international cup.

It would also be good if in an international league, that it is a bit faster moving than the national league.
So instead of one team getting a chance to promote, maybe the top 2 should get a chance to promote.

This will also help clear out upper leagues of the national cup from bots, and move users closer to the top as an international league would require 6 divisions under the current system.

It would also be nice if with an international league, they could somehow keep it so at the lower divisions you are more surrounded by your country, middle regions surrounded by your FIFA grouping and then top divisions you get the best of the best, but I know this would be difficult to code, so would take a bit of fancy fiddling.

It's a very good idea. I like possibility to have an International competition for ALL TEAMS. Actual Champions is interesting, but only 0.00001% of teams can participate.

The way I understood they will make an international league with only top league winners from top 32 or 64. Then there will be tier 2 with second finishing teams, tier with 3s, 4s etc

and then multiply that with all the teams finishing 1st in countries' second level leagues etc.

That is a lot of international leagues! :D

still not clear what happens with winner of national cup is it just for glory?
2020-05-01 16:06:56
so the proposed International cup is based on the division system and instead of league with 8 teams there is a cup with 32 or 64 teams and it is played like tournament (with group stage and final stage after that)?
2020-05-01 16:43:30
More like a league system of 32 or 64 team cups which will be played as tournament.

still not clear what happens with winner of national cup is it just for glory?

Seems like we don't have any info on that.
2020-05-01 16:48:41
so there will be different levels of these cups and winner will be promoted to higher level cup next season?otherwise what would be the motivation to win the cup if I played at the same level next season? there are still more questions than answers

Yes, thats the idea. I will repost my answer from another thread to make it more clear.

In todays options we have two different number of international games - for 32 teams and 64.

We would like to set direct ideas about rules of participation in next step, it's hard to make it right now - for today most important is to announce that we will make International Cup for everyone (and it's added in season schedules proposed) - it will be designed with levels, same as divisions are.

We need to calculate final proposal based on dedicated final league system - but for sure we will search for solution to give better teams chance to play at higher levels of cup.

About national cup winners vs. league winners - we didn't decided yet.
For example, if we will decide to make 64 teams tournament, thera are two options - 64 of league winners from 64 best sokker countries (we can use league ranks for selection) or 32 best teams from leagues + 32 national cup winners too.

Hard to say for now, we are open for proposals.

Nice idea !
Only one "bad" thing i see is that little nation (by users) will be sure to loose face to big nations into lower levels in cup because the gap will be enormous.

If you want to set up an international relegation/promotion system between seasons, then National Cup winners do not figure once you make it. Just use current ranking and go from there.

If you plan to fill International Cups season after season based on standings, then there can't be any promotion/relegation from lower international cup/league. That is obvious.

Correct. Two options. have to choose one
