Just build a 30 players squad to play only one competition :).
for me this is the high priority before anything else injuries need more tunning ..
yes, the disability problem is very bad for many users, I think it needs to be reduced a bit. I no longer play friendly matches due to the risk of injury
friendly matches are for training for players who are not suited to play for the A-team and to make sure all players have match rhythm so they won't drop in skills.
Injuries are becoming ridicolous, since the beginning of the season almost every week i have a player who gets 2+ weeks of injury time.
I was thinking maybe it's bad but maybe its a bit good too because, with this new training, either you play all 3 games with best older players certainly towards end of cup risk injury more, and train less loosing lot's of money along the way, [keeping older players bought at highest ever value]
If they get injured older players in 30's take longer to recover, this may force people to have more younger players altogether and stop playing same 3 teams each time, because of injury, people won't do it unless it hurts them, i'm now coming round, but make it even less chance younger players get injured or certainly super fast recover times ?
Partying in your U23's dosn't hinder you half as much than bingeing in your late 20's early 30's
I say make U21's much less susceptible to injury, U23's a little bit more and so on and leave 29's+ as they are so the best teams stop filling up with players aged 27-31yo , I'm sure others feel same way but I know for sure some won't like
This will help the U21 NT players , AND the better bigger NT teams will play younger players and the smaller will player same and this will close the gap somtimes as they will suffer more injury problems the lesser user NT teams.

Injuries globally suck. Since it's a game, gameplay and having fun should be priority.
Injuries indeed are part of football but in a game to lock off players for half a season is already pretty bad.
Maybe having injuries like '' missing 1 game'' style is enough already. Just thoughts.

I would be ok with injuries length for max 3-4 league matches, anything above is just too much
the worst thing for injuries its they do not get training at all :( I still think fd some player can get 50% training in the new system with no play the rule should apply on injured players too..

What about medical care? Thats what you can expect next. Devs hears community voices about injuries in new league system.

Same as other staff members they will have a level, which gives us % chance of shortening injuries each day by 1 day!
tragic [0] - 0-5%
hopeless [1] - 0-10%
unsatisfactory [2] - 0-15%
poor [3] - 0-20%
weak [4] - 0-25%
average [5] - 0-30%
adequate [6] - 0-35%
good [7] - 0-40%
solid [8] - 0-45%
very good [9] - 0-50%
excellent [10] - 0-55%
formidable [11] - 0-60%
outstanding [12] - 0-65%
incredible [13] - 0-70%
brilliant [14] - 0-75%
magical [15] - 0-80%
unearthly [16] - 0-85%
That means, with unearthly medical every day we will have 85% chance of shortening injury not by 1, but by 2 days!
With a bit of luck 28 days injury will take only 14 days off!

To avoid that news users will be penalized because they can't afford an efficient Medical staff , the levels should be limited, and please the game could evolue in quality
some level you propose are not credible to limit the injuries, so I propose only 3 levels to be more efficient
1- Medical service -> Average to solid
2- add Doctor-> Very good to Outstanding
3- add Professor -> incredible to unearthly
and for news users, given them a Medical student , it is necessary to increase in quality the game, with your proposal you pull the quality down.
however, this is not going to favor young users, because the richer ones will still be able to get out of business, the more the levels are limited the better it will be.
but that's just my humble opinion and to advance the reflection.
