Subject: NT injuries - voting

All
We are aware, that current NT compromise is rather a not popular solution. We can move in two different directions - remove injuries at all (but it means - also any other benefits) or have injuries in NTs, and try to reward it somehow with stronger bonuses for NT player owner. Please vote - discussion is also interesting, but for now we want to see the scale and proportion between users, what do you think about it.

What about 4th option - completely removal of NT squads, coaches and matches?
I vote for 3), sounds interesting
Injuries possible in NT games, but increase also benefits from NT players (for example: higher attendance on club matches when NT player is playing, training bonus, $$$ for club if player is injuried)
Injuries and training from NT is a part of the game that I always liked. Even if I understand people who say that training should rest in responsibility of clubs / managers. It adds something unpredictable to your training plans, that's fine for me.
But to solve the whole injury issue you won't be successful only with the NT aspect. Therefor people need a full compensation for the number of matches per week by another reduction of the max length of injuries.

Do you want to break the market? Having benefits like that could make the difference in NT player prices huge compared to normal players... And I don't even want to start talking about people abusing them being NT coaches to help their (or their friends) normal teams...

$$$ for club if player is injuried is the best option here.
The reason is that you cant force the process as a user so only the engine will give the money randomly if you lose a player for some days.
My suggestion is to enable injuries again , enable training bonus again and enable money compensation for the team if the player have injury during NT match.
Keep in mind that if you had any idea about creating official EURO cup , copa america or copa Africa etc it could be a lot easier if the matches were arcade. But if you give money to the team i think it could be easily accepted by the community.

and no check boxes, Merge of small countries, foreign junior schools needed. Brilliant!
I voted for Remove injuries from all NT games, but also remove impact of NT games on training, coz in current training meta you don't need additional bonus on training to reach 95+% of training intensity. If you offer different options like higher attendance on club matches when NT player is playing, training bonus, $$$ for club it'sa shame to trade it for injury possibility. Any motivation you offer is hardly broken by 25+ days injury.

Just realized...if you will offer: higher attendance on club matches when NT player is playing, i think i will be attacked via SK@ by any user has russian player, to take him into NT, just to be in squad in order to get more $$$.
just make injuries overall shorter OMG, there is not reason why make it different in NT and club matches
On the real soccer, there are NT games every 3 months, not every week.
So option 3 is not that close to reality, neither is option 1
So option 3 is not that close to reality, neither is option 1
option 4 reduce injuries in all games and keep injuries in NT as they were
for now i will vote for 3 but is high risk of corruption there :)
Voted for the second option, 3rd option is a no-brainer and will seem very appealing to most users...
But i think the 3rd option might create" friendpolitics"
On the other hand, maybe that coach will be voted out of office if this happens, or there should be some kind of rules in place to justify that players play for NT's
How much revenue would an NT player create in your team? Is the extra money cummulative?
If it's cummulative, doesn't that beat your intention for top teams to make less profit? As top teams have a lot of NT players in their squad?
How much money would an injured NT player create for the team?
Are we talking 20k? 200k? 2 mill? :'D
About the length of injuries:
I don't understand why you would double the amount of matches per week, but you won't halve the amount of injury-time...
That's just basic math, right?
Do injuries exist solely to make sure a player misses a few matches per season? Or do injuries exist to make players less profitable?
Because with the shortened seasons and the 2 games per week, we get punished in both of those options now.
Every training week is more valuable for trainees since the shorter seasons (reform).
We get punished twice as hard if we look at the matches our players miss versus before...
E.g. a player gets injured on wednesday for 30 days, he will miss already 1 training the day after, than 3 more trainings he will miss after that, even 1 more missed training if you don't want to risk playing him with a slight injury.
That's already 4/13 (31% training lost in 1 season) weeks a player misses training. That's close to a third of the season being wasted due to injury... Before this was 4/16 (25% training lost in 1 season) of a season, which was already harsh...
Before he would miss only 3 league games, now he'll miss a part of that wednesday game and also the 7/8 matches after that, that's more than double from what it used to be, because of the new format.
That's about 8 games without an important player vs before it was maybe 3
8/22 (36% missed league games) vs 3/16 (18% missed league games)
The balance of lost training and matches before the reform was ok, now the balance is off.
Max days per injury is now around 36, i think?
Make 18 the new maximum. Make 4 days the new threshold for players to have a slight injury.
