Subject: NT injuries - voting
From a few minutes ago, you can refresh your player and decide if you want his skills to be seen by NT coaches.
For example, let's say I don't want to send the player skills, so I will click that button and hide it again. what's the difference?
The difference should be: Probably player will not be selected in NT and will not receive training bonus etc.. if it was implemented.

Injuries in club matches should not affect national team matches. Injuries in national matches should not affect club matches and training. so users have no reason to hide their player skills from the national team Coach. I think this is the most effective way.
Increase the skill-based salary. The salaries of the national players are about 30k euros on average.
If this value comes to around 50k euros and the player owner is paid 15-20k per national match, it will both help reduce inflation and be a little incentive for users to send their player talents to the national team coach.

I will keep ignoring NT couch skmail. Don't want my players get injury.
What about option 4? : reduce probability of injury in friendly NT and club matches. About 50% oficial match of NT or club. Obviously extra of training in friendly NT would be less than oficial, just how friendly club is currently

Imo it's not about the probability, but more about the length of injuries.
As i have explained in my previous post.
About the length of injuries:
I don't understand why you would double the amount of matches per week, but you won't halve the amount of injury-time...
That's just basic math, right?
Do injuries exist solely to make sure a player misses a few matches per season? Or do injuries exist to make players less profitable?
Because with the shortened seasons and the 2 games per week, we get punished in both of those options now.
Every training week is more valuable for trainees since the shortening.
We get punished twice as hard if we look at the matches our players miss versus before...
E.g. a player gets injured on wednesday for 30 days, he will miss already 1 training the day after, than 3 more trainings he will miss after that, even 1 more missed training if you don't want to risk playing him with a slight injury.
That's already 4/13 (31% training lost in 1 season) weeks a player misses training. That's close to a third of the season being wasted due to injury... Before this was 4/16 (25% training lost in 1 season) of a season, which was already harsh...
Before he would miss only 3 league games, now he'll miss a part of that wednesday game and also the 7/8 matches after that, that's more than double from what it used to be, because of the new format.
That's about 8 games without an important player vs before it was maybe 3
8/22 (36% missed league games) vs 3/16 (18% missed league games)
The balance of lost training and matches before the reform was ok, now the balance is off.
Max days per injury is now around 36, i think?
Make 18 the new maximum. Make 4 days the new threshold for players to have a slight injury.

U don't know the current probability.
Will u accept the statement: "We reduced the porbability by 50%?"
Any injuried player in NT game will pop up new topics here, with messages that the probability is still high or it weren't changed!
Still cant understand the logic to reduce the weeks of season and DOUBLE the games per week and not to REDUCE by at least 50% the injury duration...

Numbers don't lie, we're getting punished twice as hard ever since the reform
Raúl, when the new youth academy in other countries will be activate to?
I hope that we will manage it in upcoming few seasons - but to have some buffor i think we should claim whole 2023 for launch of that feature, it is a part of quite huge reform including youth school facilities.
