I hope that we will manage it in upcoming few seasons - but to have some buffor i think we should claim whole 2023 for launch of that feature, it is a part of quite huge reform including youth school facilities.

A manager can prevent that his player can be selected for NT.
(He must click a prevent button, and the player can't be selected for the NT after 1 or 2 weeks
(just to prevent the someone does this last second before an NT-match and the NT-teams are a player short).

A lot of Star players from Belgian NT play in Poland.
If we'll have to face Poland, Polish users can easily decide for all their Belgian players not to play against Poland.

You need to plan this a month in advance (if you take 2 weeks or a month).

Obviously most people vote for option number 3. That is not a surprise, as they got baited with the $$$ sign. I guess they will be disappointed to see the crumbs they will receive in exchange for their players getting injured in the NT.
In the last months I just played corner tactics to avoid the absurd injury times, that the devs refuse to adapt in a meaningful way to the changed circumstances. That worked pretty well.
Of course my best striker got injured in his NT for 24 days.

So to all the NT trainers and scouts out there, don't take it personal, it's not about you guys!

Option 1: is the current situation and I think that leave all unhappy, more or less.
Option 2: it's a solution, it's the easiest solution, not the optimal one, because it makes the game more poor
Option 3: it's the most tricky but interesting solution, it can improve a lot the gameplay and makes the game richer.
I think that a good idea to implement the benfit could be the following:
- Injuries: a compensation to the team that has a player injuried in a NT match could be given. It has to be proportional to the player salary and effective injury lenght. Even suspending the salary for the injury period could be a similar idea
- An higher attendance to the home matches could be proportional to the NT matches and NT ranking of the player's nationality. For instance, many people could go to the stadium just because Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi play. Very few people can be attracted because there is a player that played 200 matches for San Marino selection LOL. More played matches stats could be implemented for this calculation (e.g. champions cup matches, 1st/2nd/3rd division matches played and so on...)
- A further tricky but reality-like modification could be improving the experience weight to the player performance. Experienced players should not play as stronger, but they take better decisions than non-experienced ones. For instance, as current engine rewards the tackles for experienced players, an experienced player could preview better the ending of what he does. For instance, a non experienced player could take random decision, like shooting 40meters from goal, impossible passing and so on. An experienced one, conscious of his skills and opponent estimation, his plays will have often a good ending.
There are many ways to improve the experience weight without affect the skill level.
The most important thing I think is that all the rewards should be related to a discrete amount of NT matches in order to avoid too big rewards for the single NT match. This should avoid corruption and unmeritorious behaviour of NT coaches.

like WC or European Championship or any other tournament.!
There is always a selebration for the top teams-players-coaches,with high incomes from them.

that's a very important point... if NT matches are 4 times more frequent, risk injury should be reduced by 4

Definetly last option, its seems pretty right and make sense.
Maybe the right compromise between the injury issue could be a button which manager could use to determinate how intense the player would play.
for example the highes procent gives a better traning progres and experinece but brings higher inquiry risk.
