Subject: NT injuries - voting
Maybe the right compromise between the injury issue could be a button which manager could use to determinate how intense the player would play.
for example the highes procent gives a better traning progres and experinece but brings higher inquiry risk.

Why not just "reduce frequency" of injury in NT games? Its as simple as that.
No injuries, it's like a fake thing, but injuries, nowadays means to miss many matches and too much training for only 12 weeks. So 3rd option, besides being the realest, doesn't provide much...

If you keep injuries as they are currently there shouldn't be any kind of training reduction. It's just unreasonable for the game.
Maybe injury risk (either probability or length) should be linked to training effectiveness:
Official matches: 93%
Friendly matches: 70%
NT matches: 46.5%
Arcade matches: 0%

Currently NT matches (official) gives same % as friendly: 70%.

and there's realism in it, as friendlies are usually played more carefully
but it would reduce only the frequency of injuries and I would prefer a reduction of the length

I voted 2 now i wish i voted 3 because u21 players need extra training, main team does not matter as those players play 2 league games a week

3rd point looks really how it should be!
it could be included, that the more games player plays for NT, the bigger impact for the attendancy it has, so the senior superstars would be appreciated more.
Also I would highly recommend to include "form" into 3rd option that playing for NT gives some advantage for players form.
I hope 3rd option will be implemented!

for me something like this will be ok light injury 7 days players can play and train 14 days player can train but not play 14 to 21 player cant play of course numbers can be adjusted slightly as devs and community think

So obviously people will vote... but does it mean a+b+c like some think? Or one of three?
How much money for injury? 10k, 100k or 300k?
How many more supporters? +1%? +10%? What if I have more than one?
What kind of bonus? Same as now, or a bonus of over 100%?
This option is not fair because at the same time it can be an amazing extra and it can be basically useless, depending on details...
