Subject: Rebuild stadium

The time it takes to rebuild stadium is still the same, while the number of official matches is at least double. Should be changed!

Cement still takes the same time to dry no matter how many games per week you play... grass grows slowly too!

But that time should be reduced with 20%, since the seasons were reduced with the same amount of time.
In the core, players age 20% faster, so stadiums should ''dry'' 20% faster too

I have expanded my stadium 5 days ago (all curves were expanded the same day within 10 minutes) ... I got a 9 days estimate, currently remaining 2, 3, and 4 days ! I have no idea why...
