A friendly is 85% training, that is why, for that extra 15% to 100%.
In a lot of countries you cant train youngsters in other games than a friendly to be on top.

Anyone who says they can't put trainees in for 20 minutes in a single league game each week to get to 95% doesn't have a good enough team around them.
Sure, maybe in Polish league I or II. I'm sure there are exceptions out there.

Honest to goodness though, with the 5 sub rule this season there's literally no excuse at all not to get every talented player you want 95% training each and every week.

Edit: here is just one random example, last year, from your league:

SC Froosim should have no difficulty at all using 3-4 trainees for 20 minutes in that game. That maxes training. If he can't beat this opponent doing that, then he either got RNG'd by the ME or he's got to do better.

And who will use your 16-19yo player in NT game? Nobody will.

There's one u21 NT game a week, which almost always gives training to 11-14 21yo players

16, 17, 18, 19, 20 year old players don't get anything from NT at that age so if you want to give them good training, you have to do it by yourself

And after X seasons of doing that, when they reach 21 years old and it's not a big problem to give them 30min in league, suddenly a NT coach appears and wants to risk your player for his fun in his NT. How fun is that for the owner, huh?

If you want to be the nr.1 in my country ( a relative small country) you cant use 10 trainees below 22y in your 2 matches for around 30 minutes.
The competitors have way above 70 average rating. So no, is not possible.

Before you will check this, I do put this trainees at the moment and reached 6th place instead of 1st place.
The other managers put their strongest team, so impossible.

And what does that change?
Nobody will use your 16-20yo players in NT anyway so they still won't get sh** from NT.

So how does the NT training help you here?

Btw. most teams playing for trophies at top level don't even have top u21 NT material players because they don't have resources for that, so it's not a good argument... people with top quality u21 material usually lay in lower leagues

Froosim cant do that also, we have Tirol that doesnt do this and DKFC for example.
No way you can put a lot of 19/20y old in that game.
They all have good tactics also.

In the past I had ( and in the near future also) a lot of players of 19/20/21y in U21.
Many other People do also.
It is 2 times win and win to get the extra training.
The team and u21 have profit of this training.

The team and u21 have profit of this training.

what profit?

there is no profit for most people

they give the training in club, they get only the risk at NT

and at 16-20 their players train only at club

so where is the profit for me, please tell me

I don't care about examples like "some time ago I had a 19yo player who got some games in NT", that's anecdotal evidence

I had some of the best MID and ATTs in the game, they were not in the NT at 16, 17, 18, 19. Had to train them 100% on my own.

So we have a different opinion :)
Nice, otherwise the world would be very boring having the same opinions only :)
2023-09-18 16:43:38
It's not a matter of opinions, it's a matter of facts

If you have to train a player from 16 and he starts getting "help" from NT at 21 then this help isn't wort sh** because for 5 seasons you have to give them max training by yourself

So it doesn't really matter when NT coach shows at 21 and offers "extra training" because the owner already did the hard part

Right, but he's not playing Tirol in that game. I am not saying you can't make an exception for a tough game or two, but If a team doesn't play their trainees in league then they are simply accepting inferior youth training. That is up to them.

I have every intention of becoming the best team in the USA at one point. I am only seven months into this career but I'm probably already one of the 20 best teams. I'm going to find that balance between both. Right now, it's mostly hang on for dear life the first 20 minutes of every game :)

I appreciate the discussion.

So extra training in u21 helps :)
You dont have to choose, you can play with your strongest team without putting trainees :)

That was the idea of the changes in sokker, make it more attractive to play for the win.
So extra training in u21 helps to get this.

Why not keeping training and removing injuries XDD
2023-09-18 18:59:56
Injuries and training are necessary in the national teams, risk and gain in my opinion but with the time of injuries that the staff have irrationally defended, I prefer that there be no injuries and they become a simple arcade
2023-09-18 19:02:21
risk and gain in my opinion

problem is that many users don't need the gain because they already give their players 96%+ training in their team

so for them it is only risk and no gain - so why would they want their players to play in NT?
2023-09-18 19:09:04
Then i guess, the solution is simple, why not make some reduction with injuries or a Poll notifying all users in sokker ( just saying, Devs should do something about it). Either make NT completely apart from club games, giving some extra experience for NT selected players (FE playing smarter), keeping some % of training to satisfy everybody and done.
Maybe it's not that simple, but a poll and different opinions should be presented, then already it's moving onwards.
