Subject: Training Efficiency for young players

I don't know if someone already wrote about this..
What about if the training efficiency given by a full friendly match were higher for young players (u-21)?
Considering 90 min of friendly:
Instead of giving 85% in advanced training it could give 96% efficiency, like an official match.
Why?
Because everyone has a very young player in the squad. And in the attempt of maximize the training you have to enter him in a official match. Lowering the team performance.
Once the devs already said they want to priorize the competitivity, it would make sense if we didn't have to do those subs anymore.

NO!
Why?
Exactly because it lowers the teams performance! You have to choose, either you train or you perform! Managers have to manage this situation and on top of it a lot of managers would login once a week and set their team up for the rest of the week.
Young players already have an advantage, they train faster!
Ciao!
