Currently, we have two countries without managers in the Sokker community. If we consider removing or deactivating these two countries, it would result in a total of 96 teams. This change could significantly improve the fairness and structure of the World Cup qualifications. Why? Because 96 is a number that's easily divisible and facilitates a more streamlined tournament format.
With 96 nations, we could form 16 groups, each containing 6 nations. This arrangement allows for a balanced competition, ensuring that each team has an equal opportunity to demonstrate their skills against a variety of opponents. The top two teams from each group would advance to the World Cup, culminating in a perfectly sized 32-team tournament.
This structure not only enhances the competitive integrity of the tournament but also aligns with traditional football tournament formats, making it easier for fans and players alike to follow and understand. Furthermore, a 96-team format would encourage more strategic and diverse gameplay, as teams would have to plan for multiple opponents with different playing styles.

But we need to think on a flexible number of countries. This IS, today It IS like tour explain, but tomorrow it could change
I would propuse that only the first 96 countries would participate, and, in case there are more than 96, for example 98, the last countries would play a single play off the week before the WCQ starts to be able to play It. In the example, the last 4 countries would play a playoff where only 2 of them would go on to the Next round, resulting in 96 teams playing it regardless of adding or removing a few countries every season

Rest of of countries can play for promotion and replace worst performed countries in qualifications

yes but no need to do that much. make it easier, no need to play promotions, just the best 96 NT per ranking with active users will play quali.

I support Terrion and Sviktorov's proposal. If it is applicable, there should be a Play-off system.

There is just a problem with this idea. The loser teams will not have competition at all which currently means no training and it will be a little awkward after the first 2-3 friendly games among them. With those long seasons of friendlies, those teams will hardly progress in the ranking and they would be condemn to friendlies for the eternity.

Well...Cameroun and Ousbekistan both have 0 users. Delete both countries from the NT poule. Problem solved.
His point was that you need a system that works even when these countries suddenly get users. There’s no point and no chance for creating qualification systems every season basen on current situation, it has to be a system that will always work in best possible manner
even when these countries suddenly get users
No point hoping for miracles. Just make it fair for the existing countries with users.
Because, ''when'' they suddenly get users, they still need years before they might have youth players...
