Subject: Fans expectations

2024-04-26 10:35:01
totail failure has range from 0 to 20%
below expectations: 20-40%
goal achieved: 40-60%
above expectations: 60-80%
great success: 80-100%

He had 20-40% last season, that means he could have 20, but also 39%, this is something we don't know.
When he had "below" this season, that means the same - somewhere between 20-40%.
But now he has "goal achieved" - between 40-60%. But change may have been subtle from 39% to 41% for example.

And this is not all. This week in sokker season:
- last season rating x0.6
- current season rating x0.4
Than adding this to results in level of sattisfaction which changed from 38 to 40% after winning single game.

Than! It is mixed with satisfaction from recent matches results.

With this situation fans mood could be at least 6/7 level dont you think? The system must understand that we have injuries to important players and also it is difficult if i buy a new player to assimilate the team system fast

It could not.
First of all haveing below expectations last season you have limitin scale from 0-6. 7 is not even possible for you in this season.

Now recent matches probably are multiplied by 0.4 which means 0.4x100 = 40%
satisfaction from expectations x0.6: 0.6x 40.83 = 24,498%

Added together makes ~64,5% and this results in "your supporters are satisfied".

mine is the opposite from you.. my current season is above expec. and last season is goal achieved. that why i have 100% with 66.67% now instead of 40.83 :)

In your case still "last season rating" weights more than current season, but every next week it will change. So haveing "goal achieved" this season instead of "above expectations" your fans will drop in satisfaction from fullfilment expectations.

luckily next 3 games i hope i can easily win. :D and generally i will be 7th in league instead of 9 like last season. :D next season will be diff. to be the same level or above :D but i have one of the yongest team and i can be only stronger :D

tnx for this, good to know So haveing "goal achieved" this season instead of "above expectations" your fans will drop in satisfaction from fullfilment expectations.

Every single week weight of last season rating drops and rating from current season grows.

Hello!

Even though I exceeded expectations last season and for the first time passed the 1st round in the cup (I reached the 3rd round and defeated superior opponents), this season I did not pass "Your supporters are delighted"
Do you have any idea if it is normal and why it would be like that?

And again, i don't understand the sudden dops to 0 in fans mood this season. I didn't had that big of a drops since i had 3-4 losses in a row, seassons ago.

Place mouse over that "0" line and take screenshot what's written there in popup box.

Cup is not taken into expectations (not yet) so it doesnt matter which round you have reached.

pretty obvious that the scale there is 4-7
generally, it always worked in that confusing way scaling min/max only to levels which occurred in the timeline

So you are between 4-7 all that time.

If you don't achieve "great success" in last or current season expectations you actually don't have chance for 7th level of mood. It is normal, levels 6-7 are now just for extraoridinary achievements.

So between 4-7 is the max level for me these season? Cause I've been to 0, 1, 2..., and had only some looses. It's very confusing, previous seasons if you had 3-4 wins in a row, you would rise to 7 no problem. Now it's a verry unclear, but maybe we need some time to accommodate.

I still don't understand the drops to 0, but thanks for explanation!

No.

The lowest mood you had this season was 4 (at least looking at these mood levels that are registered on the chart once a week, technically you could be at a bit lower mood in the middle of the week). It might look like the worst possible mood on the chart, but it's not. The scale doesn't include levels that were never achieved in registered history.

It's very confusing, previous seasons if you had 3-4 wins in a row, you would rise to 7 no problem.

Now it's harder to achieve max mood, because you need to have both recent mood and last+this season expectations at max. At the same time it works favourably on the other side: it's a bit harder to have mood at the rock bottom, as one would need 0% in both recent mood and last+this season expectations fulfillment. Mood should be more often closer to the middle of the scale compared to the old mood system.

The most important information that should be the starting point for understanding the new moods is as follows: the new fan club satisfaction level is NOT a continuation of the old system. In other words, this season operates on an entirely new system, and you shouldn't refer to the mood level before this update – these are completely different mood calculation systems, and you can't say, for example, that the mood "dropped" compared to the previous season. It has been calculated on new grounds. We believe most of the misunderstandings reported stem from this crucial information.

The lowest mood you had this season was 4

Honestly, I only now notice that the minimum level is 4 on the chart, and maybe from here the misunderstanding but I'm pretty sure that my supporters were mad at me after the elimination from the cup which was on March 7, week 1078, definitely not 4. Maybe it would be helpful to display the full scale to make it easier to understand the evolution.

Mood should be more often closer to the middle of the scale compared to the old mood system.

This is very good and now I understand the change better. Before, the mood of the supporters fluctuated too much, you could go from 7 to 0 in a few rounds and it wasn't that "normal".

They wrote in the news:

So, from now on we will have fluctuations of +2, +1, -1, -2 from max or min mood level depending on the success of last season?
