Subject: [idea] Champions League places

Would be nice if the team that came 2nd in the Premiership, & runner up in the cup, if the team that won them both was the same, then the 2nd placed premiership side should be in the Champions League next season, if a different team wins premiership and cup then leave it as it is.

Or have a lower level Europa type Cup for 2nd/3rd placed teams

In England I think Thames has won the double 7 seasons in a row, he beat me 7-1 and I was 2nd. he won all 22 games and all cup games

ban her :) the same thing happened in Bulgaria with Outbreakers he was dominating at some point but this season he is second in the championship and lost the cup final

not sure if you are aware but some cup winners do not play
the solution is simple extra round will add the double size of teams then we will have instead of 128 -> 256

-Then the top 8 countries should have 5 teams cup winner + cup finalist + 3 teams in the championship. = 40 teams
- 9-32 -> 4 teams 1-3 in championship cup winner and cup finalist is same agin third cup finalist 16 x 4 = 64
- 33-64 -> 3 teams 1 and second + cup winner here i would say third in championship cause is harder to win the championship 3x 32= 96
- 64 - 86 -> 2 teams 22 x 2 = 44
87 -> 98 -> 1 team 12

= 256

of course i want CL with gorup stages but this is quick and easy solution that i can live with too

Champions Cup IS a very funny competition, It should be played by as many teams as possible, specially when there are lots of free weeks available

Needs to be flexible solution on top I do not like 3 bots from same country to participate

Personally I think it should include as many teams as possible. Anything that balances income away from just the top clubs is a good thing in my opinion.

CL with more teams, a group stage (and why not international matches for everyone) would be super cool but would also generate tons of extra money in the ecosystem.

And after the changes we already have a huge surplus that devs are afraid to address because the obvious solution is unpopular and people will whine.

I think all international club games should be without ticket revenue (and maybe like NT friendlies - no training and no injuries).

Those are the 2 options. Either you cut the money for the top clubs and they bitch and moan, or you expand so more clubs benefit (and the top clubs still bitch and moan). It's almost as if they don't want the game balanced ;)
