U've got a Burger and McGuire, what else do you need as a soccer manager? :P

dude, I haven't gotten an MLS pull in the 2+ seasons with it. Never mind a Messi.

This system stinks, and the only reason I still keep a school is because the cost isn't high for me anymore...and I do realize it's possible that, in 3 more seasons, I could pull ONE guy worth a couple million euro, and then the school costs MIGHT break even.

It’s weird that you got only one youth out of school in this time, can you show the list of your youths?

No surprise, the average draw in random distrib is really poor, and most of “lucky” draws happen in start of season (let’s say first 6 weeks), so unlucky teams get zero valuable youths for many seasons…

Only 1 youth sold in 2+ seasons is still uncommon, it’s possible he is deleting youths that he shouldn’t

Although first seasons doesn’t really counts since it’s only 14 weeks, you start pulling since 2nd season so it might be normal

You mean sold at 1 euro? Sure, but valuable ?

For myself, I monitor carefully all my youths, I spend 6 seasons without any youths sell or valuable at millions, i got 3 valuable youths in just one season. This state shouldn’t be uncommon because of the poor average draw in random.

Even at brillant, 19y out without distrib are worthless even with top talent. That’s the problem since the shorten season. On the contrary, 16y out, are now masterpieces, even with no talent and just a few weeks in school.

You saw the current list. Most of those, with the exception of I think one of them, are immediate firing into the sun quality youth.
As far as past youth, every single youth before now were all immediate fires (not even worth selling) with two exceptions:

- Dakota Hodge on my team, who is looking like around 3.8 talent, and is only being kept because he was 16 and I can basically brute force him into being an okay striker. If he had been 18, he'd have probably been fired into the sun also. On market, I'd have been lucky to see 100k.

- Curtis Twellman, who came out outstanding and was sold for 2k, and then fired by his buyer here: https://sokker.org/player/PID/39468831

I've had a 15.5 youth coach the whole time, my experience with sokker youth school has been a complete and unmitigated disaster.

I've yet to get an incredible junior, never mind brilliant....
