I didn't write to you!
Sorry, your interpretation does not interest me!

It’s not an interpretation, it’s what they confirmed.

And it’s a public forum for everybody, I can answer to whatever I want.

If you want to talk to someone privately write them a private message.

I have formulated my opinion just as openly, like you did with me!
It wasn't that I meant to exclude you and I respect your opinion, but no more than that!!!
I hope you understand what I mean by this.

What exactly do you mean by that?

I don't find such personal insults good, no matter who it's supposed to affect!
It's below the belt in any case!

You write to everybody if you reply in this forum! So I advice you to not get rude to other people so quickly. We all want a better sokker. But what we don't want is to get prohibited from answering. If you want to have a private conversation you can use the mail for that.
Now that being said...let's not pick on each other and rather try to find a way to enjoy the game as it is for now. There's nothing we can do about the game, we can only play it the way we like. But in the end, the forum is a means for all managers to use and write in. Keep that in mind if you want to give your opinion in a topic.

If you're not going to be constructive or friendly, then don't post comments! If you see anything you don't like, you can adress a mod or admin about it, in stead of insulting people publicly. I hope you can relate to that.

Wow!! I am sorry, I didn't expect the word I used to be considered an offense.

Perhaps it is also due to the language translation,
from the mother tongue pronunciation into English, that misunderstandings arise during discussions, which often lead to this unintentionally :)

For sure! Language is the only thing that can be considered in multiple senses. Certainly when speaking in a less familiar language. I was merely pointing out how things can be considered wrongly. But you might want to stop texting with the underlining or coloured messages? It can also be considered offensive, like texting in capital letters.
@ Umish0... It's a personal offence. And once that has been branded on a person, it's very hard to undo that harm. For you it might seem innocent, but the problem with text messages is that you often don't notice the real emotion behind the message. And also...again...the language barrier, Let's all just read things over before posting posts in an emotional moment.

Now to all...let's get back on topic and forget about this. For me it's over now. I said what must be said.

One more thing to add.

A small bonus for junior training linked to the level of junior competitions they participate in - no greater than, for example, a 10% bonus for playing in the highest league, then 2.5% less for each subsequent level until the bonus is zeroed (values are not final, we are illustrating the mechanics here, the bonus cannot be too large). Nonetheless, we want to slightly reward those who invest their time in junior leagues and their results.

With this bonus teams from small countries will be granted perma bonus since no-one will be demoted from their respective top leagues.

whats wrong with us with small community.. :D it will be better for us to have small advantage cos lot of you have larger community and larger national base of players :D

I think that the minimum skill must be increased for players 19+ and also that the maximum must be limited for players 17 and under. also increase the minimum arrival of new juniors to a minimum of 3.

a good idea is that new juniors get better training (a higher % in the training system because they sacrifice the strength of the team for the sake of training the same juniors who should play in the first team, especially in the strongest leagues of each country. )

If we think a few steps ahead then there should be an international club competition like champions league. So it's good to think about not giving some clubs unfair advantages.
The problem with national teams could be easily solved in other ways like giving people a way to recruit international players for their youth club, if they so choose to. This is actually something that managers have asked for for a long time, so for example national team managers could switch their new youth players to the country they manage etc.
