Talent: 3.3-3.6 for the precision. But sure, a very good talent.
Talent without skills worth nothing. 18 y juniors that ending at level 10, you need a miracle in distribution ok skills. Of course, everything is relative – like Raul said – 20k euro it’s better than nothing :-)

No, my point is that this is ordinary junior I have in youth school with unearthly coach. If I sacked juniors like this, I would have only 3-4 players in the academy. How would I participate in junior league then?
You always suppose that every user just wants what is best for him not looking on the overall impact on the game. I never said what you claim I want. I would be happy If I was lucky enough to pull one junior good enough for my training in a season. I also would appreciate If with unearthly coach I could set up a junior match line-up not consisting of any players with price tag 1€ or less.

he is worthless for senior squad and training, but not worthless for team in junior league - why it is a problem to keep 15 juniors to play in the league?
it works like that in reality - many juniors from youth teams never get into professional football, only few can manage.
you need to pay about 1k euro for each junior... it is nothing.

did you watched junior game ? its complete waste of time enginge works terible on low skills so i do belive almost no one is intrested in junior leguages :(
keeping in 15 juniors is not an issiu money wise but with hundred games per week is too much :(

I’m a big fan of junior league! I watched more games there than my senior team. Although it’s a score of only 1-0 :D

I tell the truth. I play with this gamefrom 2006, but I pulled maybe 10-12 juniors who was better then level 12, when he came up from the school, and only one was level 16.
most of the level 14 youthes I needed kick out, because of the skill rolling. I can be happy if I get a 16 player with 4-5 weeks and com up with level 5-7 at the start of the season it's more usefull tactic.

When you re an old user 1k it’s nothing compare to your budget. And Raul is an old user. It’s not math, just is own perception.

all is random there not knowing skills you need to roatate players to check ratings

It's not about perception, it's just flat out incorrect. Any youth system worth having is going to cost at least £30,000 a week.
I can't remember the cost per space but 30 spaces plus a Magical coach is going to cost you at least £40,000 (30 spaces is optimal cost vs reward). That may work out as roughly 1k per junior, but it's 1k a week, not total.
Total cost of juniors over a season is roughly £560,000 (if 30 spaces and Magical coach). That's why I abandoned my youth team, because I earned back about £80,000 and nearly bankrupted my team.

I know that. But that is not a question of math in the end. Nothing has been done for new comers for years, basically it just work like 20y ago…. Welcome to sokker, and good luck.

Eliminate 18 yo start entry
Higher finish point skill distribution... (example +100% of now)
Higher possible skill...
Minimum 6 pace
Longer time in school possible
Then to reduce all this extra, downscale talent, and reduce training pace after level 14-15
I am aware we only need 1 possible 1st team player a season to have 15 players age 16-32
Blure junior talent a bit more
Then we would have much shorter way from youth school to 1st team.... and stars that Come in youth school Are extra bonus, cause rest is close to playable when exiting
Problem is not too many high skilled juniors, but only too many top stars
New teams would also benefit huge since they can easilier produce a decent rooster
And then make friendly 90 min played =92% training to reduce problems of training While being competitive
And less chance of Random for god sake
Many People would test more of their medium prospects this way after school im certain

This simple stupid solution should have been done years ago. For years we still get stupid 18y draws, 3 weeks of training, hopeless level skill entries...
Much plans, much proposals, much talks, and nothing new.
