Subject: [idea] Improvement in the "Form" question
That would be pretty unfair for most important games if one team suddenly had a huge increase in forms and the other a huge decrease.
It would only be about luck, honestly hate that concept

form should be conected with stamina :D you must train stamina (lost other training) and you will have minimal increase of stamina or cant be drop.. i bought striker 2weeks ago with 18 form and now he is 11.. drop every weeks :((( and i need him tommorow the most first trophy attack in history :"D already have bronze but i must try to reach the final and he still droping in form..
Of course with some fine-tuning to counter total unbalanced draws (all high form or all low form)
I don't think you can complicate things and I still think my idea is very good.
The form will continue to be random, however with a minimum floor based on the player's age, whether he participates in training or not and the number of games per week.
And that makes perfect sense. It is completely normal for a 16-19y to have minimal form at a high level. Just like a 25-30y player who always plays and participates in training, still has a high minimum level of fitness.
In the same way that it is completely normal for a 30y+ player to start losing form. Obviously there are exceptions in all age groups, but the % is minimal.
What's more, this would give a "small advantage" to those who work hard to build a younger, stronger team (25-29y) and would disrupt the life of the person who just builds a strong team full of seniors.

In my opinion there is confusion between stamina and shape. a player over 35 cannot always have 11 stamina but can also be in top shape.

Simple idea:
Form now is in scale 0-100.
Add to this value base efficiency of training (like 93% after one official match).
Divide that sum by 2 - this would be a new form level.
Effect?
For every player who get decent training, form scale will move to 8-18 values. If player is unlucky, but gets training, he wouldn't have worse form that solid [8].
If player doesn't play, doesn't get anytraining his form scale will be between ~0-9.
If player is injured - form goes down for injury time and untill player gets his first training, after first training will be back on tracks with form.
Simple, easy to implement, gives partil control over the form, bit realism etc...

+1.. juniors with 16-20y in full force of life have less stamina then some 35+y with full stamina over the years :"D (its okey to have 11 for 30+ but it must drop faster in stamina and then it will be worth to train stamina)
Actually that would be a great improvement, make the players to start dropping the skills 2 years later (30yo and maybe faster drops) but make the stamina to drop fsater. hehe I dont know. just more ideas that wont become real
+1, nice idea.
This will ensure managers to use all their players if they want them to be in form.
Also, players in high form + high stamina should have less injury chances, since they are ''fitter'' than average form / stamina players...

If you compare the way how form is implemented in SK with real life, it is not that unrealistic in my view.
Form irl has a physical and mental component. The physical component can be unfluenced by training. The mental one is hard to tackle. Could be related to self-confidence (playing successfully, success experiences), happiness in the club (fan mood, players' teamwork, playing right position), happiness in private environment (change of club and of private environment sometimes helps a player to improve form irl), etc.
So, in real life it is not that unrealistic, that a player is stuck in bad form (as I define it above) for 1-3 years. And then suddenly, he is well performing after changing the club. There are so many examples of (young) players, who are great perfoming and then did not manage to maintain that level and stuck at mediocre performance for 2-3 years until they are again top.
Some examples of German players you may know: Tah (several bad years at Leverkusen, not in 1sr squad), Mittelstädt (relegated with Hertha Berlin, now well performing at VfB Stuttgart) Goosens (great at Atalanta, but then did not perform for Union Berlin), Mario Götze (great skills, huge talent, but weak per'form'ance at Bayern and BVB, now well performing at Eintracht Frankfurt).
I understand that it is annoying. I support to bias the extremes for better Gameplay.
But unrealistic? No, I think it is very realistic - maybe even too reslistic - how it is implemented.

Form should definitely be correlated with playing time. For example, 150 minutes per week could be optimal and players with that playing time shouldn't get any serious drops at all. If a player plays 15-20 minutes or if he plays 270 minutes, they would have a bigger chance for dropping their form.
In a way it is correlated, players that don't get minutes lose form (if someone doesn't play for a longer time he usually has tragic form)
I also feel like changing the "routine" sometimes has an impact on form, for example if a player always gets 1 game a week and he suddenly gets another one / or NT game or plays with changed position order [MID instead of DEF etc.] - doesn't always work but it's worth trying to "awake" someone who is in bad form all the time. For example one German ATT had a low form whole last season and this one, I gave him 1 game in NT and suddenly during one week he already improved to excellent form. Perhaps it was only a coincidence, it's hard to prove that it was the reason for the change.
For me the only problem is that some players "stick" to either top or low form and always operate in 14-18 and 0-6 range and it can stay like that for many seasons in a row.

I bought a def mid in 2 form, he stayed 0-4 form for 10 weeks. Then I moved him to wing and he Quick arose to 10 form

That is the perfect example of how things are randomly distributed towards form. A player needs a certain change in it's going to get out of the bad form streak, but it's completely random, so like in your example a clear def wants to play on the wing to up in form, even though he's not really suited to play there.
@koka... this still is a game and no irl simulator. There are too many game things to compair with real life.
