I was thinking what would make more new users stay. And I think that even tutorial might not be enough to catch the interest of a person scrolling through Internet like through youtube shorts or Instagram videos.
The usual problem would be the waiting, as you want something good straight away... And then if you are hooked you come back for more...
So we could have this:
As soon as you do your first login, there's a big ass button, "play your first game NOW"
Once you click on it it brings you to match setup page like we have now, where you choose from default tactics (it should have a message that you will be able to create your own tactics later on) , and players for each position...
Once you set up, press ready. You get a match against a standard or random bot team straight away. With 0 waiting time.
You get a full match report like we do now, and that's it after that the game goes like usual, more detailed tutorials could follow...
But I think new users need to experience a liltle bit of their input and an outcome straight away to get hooked
