Subject: [change]transfer list direct pin/bid

there should be posability to bid or at least pin the player directly on transfer list and not that you go on every player to do that

wont be, at least not on current transfer list
when transfer list will be reworked to new layout then maybe it will be, although putting there possibility to bid does not sounds like a good idea to me as it will probably be causing multiple misclicks and a lot of work for admins/devs to undo user errors
