Is necessary have more youth schools? Yes... Because to we have more greek players, we need that a greek club have a youth school and more youth schools = more chances to we have players....
But the true question needs to be this...
Is necessary have more youth schools in terms of quantity or is more necessary improve the staff of the current youth schools that we have in Greece? My answer is the second option... we need to improve then the staff if we want to show better players for the future.
We have to increase the numbers, but increase it so that this club already has its youth school with a staff that will really give it a chance to have better prospects.
If Poland and România is the big NT in sokker, is because they have more youth schools, if we can't beat these guys with quantity, we have to win in quality!

Simple, when you coach your player in your club, if you train for example pace... probably your coach is 16 in pace to make he improve more quickly possible according to his talent... same is with a YS...

Specially with players that will exit the youth school after 20 weeks for example, this player with a 15 or 16 coach can exit the youth school as a 14, 15 and 16 junior more easily...

How the owner knows if his player will have talent or not, this i will show to each owner in sk-mail with a text that i will make with images to explain and etc... and in this text he will exemplify well how to know if the player he is caring for in his youth school is talented or not.

Well, we already can see the WCQ groups... so let's talk about a thing that I like, that is about strategy and analysis..
We will play in the Group A with Belgium, Norway, Dominican Rep, India and Algeria.
Hard group, 2 teams that have a near level with us and also a Dominican Rep that can stole points for the top teams in the group, India and Algeria are the punch bag of the group, I'll just give Algeria a little highlight on the only thing they have, which is the 20-year-old goalkeeper who would be easily a starter in our U21NT, a pity he born on the wrong country...
So I will talk about the other 4 teams...
ΒΕΛΓΙΟ
A 2-time U21 World Champion on past with 2 Italian coaches (Pavoniana and Ford Kuga), Belgium last seasons struggled to perform well on high level and for the moment just lives from what they was in the past. (Current position on U21 World Ranking: 25th)
At I see on election poll in Belgium, already 24 votes to the current coach Charlieken, so he will continue... about him, he play the last U21 World Cup as a coach for Belgium and was not a good U21WC for him with 3 loses, just 1 goal made it but 10 conceded... He is not a veteran user, joined the game in 2017 and next season will be his 3rd season as a U21 coach.
Last matches i watched that he used a formation that is normal be used on U21 teams (a 4-2-2-2), they will be our 1st rival also, about his team, I see that he used a lot of 20 year players, so maybe now, his team is not the ideal, but if he go to U21WC, they probably will have a good squad. Just looking the wages, looks like a balanced team.

A team that on past reach a U21 World Final, but today struggle to play the U21 World Cup (Current position on U21 World Ranking: 39th)
In my opinion... this is the most difficult team in our group, his team probably is not better than Belgium, but the coach is and he is a guy that can make a difference and put his team on U21WC, I know slamtam for years when he was still the U21 coach of Austria, and now in Norway he show good results last seasons when he have a good team... Also, he will be the coach again since is just him on elections and he already have 5 votes...
Norway use interesting variations of a 4-3-3 and slamtam has a good specialty in knowing how to make your team be compact in the field... If I'm going to give special quotes to his players, I noticed that he has 2 defenders with a high wage and although his strikers do not have a better wage for the position, I realized watching their matches that Norway has a good presence in aerial duels and make goals in balls to his strikers score using his head, well ... have a good reason for that, the height of 3 of the 4 Norwegian strikers used is over 180cm, big guys in the area that probably have a decent skill in striker and they can be a problem if they be used correctly...
ΔΟΜΙΚΙΚΗ ΔΗΜΟΚΡΑΤΙΑ

Is a team that had my attention for having some interesting players when I saw it and for the tactic used (4-3-1-2), Although it is easy to see some of their problems like slow defenders but who have a high skill in defender and bad strikers, what really caught my attention was the winger who has a high wage, now as he has that wage ... either he is a badly trained player or he is a complete monster... if he is a complete monster, he can be a pain the ass for some teams in the WCQ.
The current coach is losing the elections at the moment, so maybe the new coach if elected will prefer to play in a different way, we will see it...
Well, but what about our team?
For the moment, the fact is that the current generation have ups and downs, start on our GK's... we don't have it a top keeper for WCQ and probably for U21WC will do not have it also, is one of crucial positions we need to improve. Is without a doubt, our worst sector.
Defenders is probably our best sector in my opinion, we have a lot of good options and for U21WC we still will have good players for the position.
Midfielders in my opinion is ''average'', in fact we have just 1 player that is really complete for the position and other guys that lacks a specific skill that is needed, but is not a huge problem at all, I can handle it... But for U21WC have potential to be our worst sector, since he have just a few prospects and many of them lacks a lot of skills...
Strikers is average, our 2nd best sector in the team, we have a top guy that is the way i like (quick and good on dribble), but the other ones is average, some lacks pace, other lacks technique, etc, not a huge problem in the end too... But for U21WC looks a promising generation and have also some good guys on U19 generation, is a position that can give to us good players on future.
So, my rating for each position is ... (0 to 5)

Δοκιμασα την τακτικη του Ρουμανου στο αρκειντ. Το 8 - 0 - 2. Ηταν πραγματικα πολυ καλη! Στο β΄ημιχρονο εκανα 2 αλλαγες και εβαλα 2 μεσους. Η αποδοση της ομαδας επεσε. Το μειονεκτιμα ομως ειναι οτι χανεις την προπονηση. Αν το εκανα αυτο σε φιλικο ή επισημο αγωνα, οι επιθετικοι θα παρουν προπονηση; Αν στο κεντρο βαλω 3 αμυντικους με εντολη μεσων θα εχει τοσο καλα αποτελεσματα η τακτικη;
