How many Island matches did you see last seasom... and where is their bigest problem?:)

I would prefer the islanders to ask the questions because its theres team, but ok, no prob i ll answer you...
The biggest problem is the few users and that its means few talents...
We have to bring more users and support the academys in all teams...
I have watch some games and the previus coach made a lot of tactik changes but not allways succesfull (example the game against Crna Gora)...
I will study every opponent and make the right system for the best result...
Also i want to create a team from local coaches to help in scouting, tactikal advisors etc

You have done a good job in the U21 team but in some games like :
Ísland U21 Crna Gora U21
51.1 average mark 42

...i would play differently, more attaking with 3 def + Steingrímur Frostason as def in front of the 3 defs (as def mid) and 4 mids to help the attackers...

You named 1 game... Everbody has a bad game, you know. If you watch the opponents tactic, he plays with a winger and still you want to play with 3 defenders..doesn't look very clever to me, because Crna Gora is not weak at all

I would put more attaking presure to put more than one goal...
With weakest teams Island must play more attaking and Crna Gora is a weaker team...

The tacktic is one important matter and the organize with local staff is another very important point to help Icelandic community...

I ask you becasue im checking Island forum about 9 months and dont remmember your nick after some N21-matches;)
and bigest problem is with defense especialy with thier pace;) i saw about 10-11 matches this season....btw: How you want bring some new Island users?:)

i have seen about 12 matches (and i will see more) but i am writing for the first time in this forum...

I think that the juniors championsip gives an extra motive for the users to create academy!
and that is good for the NTs...
