Subject: [U21] Sigur
After an absence of two seasons, I would like to become the U21 oach of Iceland again.
In these 2 seasons, I was U21 coach of belgium for 1 season an became second last season in the eesti U21 election.
I realised in this period that bigger countries are not my thing and that I would like to return to Iceland.
I think I did a good job in the 2 seasons that I was U21 coach of Iceland and I could like to pick up where I left.

To complete Sigurs comment i've decided some time ago to quit the U21 NT of Iceland. In that way I also think Sigur is the best to get in charge again :)
I leave Island with a good position on the ranking and with a database who's still up to date. Only last season thinks didnt go that well with me having a lack in time and with bad U21 youngsters.
But the future brings hope! I really believe that in 2 seasons Iceland will be realy strong: we've got some really good 19 yo players and some incredible talented juniors of 17-18 yo.
Best of luck! And i wish Sigur can complete again what he left to me :)
Grtz!

An update of myself, most of the things are the same as some seasons ago.
I still believe I got a good approach of how too lead the U21.
Hi,
My name is Sigur, 30 years old and working as an engineer in electronics.
Playing sokker for about 6 years. After a break of 2 seasons, I would like to return to the U21 of Iceland.
In these 2 seasons I didn't leave Iceland completely, I followed on the background and bought Icelandic youth to train and help Iceland.
Currently I have 5 Icelandic players in my team:
- Thomas Bjartmannsson
- Björn Friðbjörnsson
- Kristján Ingi Hróarsson
- Máni Hjörvarsson
- Ámundi Unnarsson
All of them have already played for the NT or U21.
I am not planning to change this approach .
Experience with NT
Started scoutingsystem for U-21 Belgium.
Worked as scout for China and Belgium for some seasons.
2 seasons U21 coach of Iceland
1 season U21 coach of Belgium
Main Target (Stays the same)
Because Iceland is a very small country in sokker it is necessary to find all talented players. This will be the foundation for the NT in the future.
Also winning games is a target ofcourse and trying to get a better position in the worldranking.
Advertise potential Icelandic players in Belgium, also did this the past seasons I was coach.
This resulted in a large amount of icelandic players to play in a team of a belgian manager.
For example, the 2 best goalkeepers are trained in Belgium.
If you have some questions, you can ask them here or by sk-mail.
Kind regards,
Sigur

PS: If I get elected, i would be a nice birthday present. I will be celebrating my birthday the 4th of july. The election ends on 3 july :)

You got my vote.
ps. For this 2 candidate which are asking for vote in SKmail, I newer vote players which send me mail about it. I stress that Sigur was not one of them.

Vífill Ingþórsson and Magnús Hjaltson.
