Hi. My name is Bruno Leonardo, I'm 26 years old. I´m a lawyer, and I am from Brasil!

I'm playing sokker since 2007-08-17. It´s almost 10 seasons.

With that long, I can say that I have a good expierience, I can say that I know this game realy good, there is not many secrets for me.
But, of course, I'm always trying to find something new to become better and better manager.
I think that my strength is that I like to create new tactics, and I can tell that they work very well! :)

My interest in coach Island U21 NT appaer because the first player I bought in this game was an Island player, the great Ævar Gústafsson, when he was 18y. Because he was the first player I bought, I create affection for him. As matter of fact,
I´m still delighted with him (even I having better players), and I´m starting to look for other Island players for trainning here.

I wanna make this Country grow on sokker, and I wanna buy some young Island players to trainning here, and make sure that Island U21 NT will be served from good players. As well, I wanna coach they, because I know that I can make good results here.

I see team with big potential, and with the right tactics, maybe we could compete with most of sokker national juniors teams, even from much bigger sokker countries.

Why I´m able to be your U21 NT coach:

Some things I did/was on this game:

- Won 6th division
- Won 5th division
- Won 4th division
- Won 3rd division (last season, invict!)
- Was, for two season, scout of Brazilian U21 NT.

Because I was scout of Brazilian U21 NT, I now the level of U21 players around the world, so I know what Island U21 will be needing to play against other NT´s.

So, that´s it. I count on your support.

Greets, and I hope I can win, and I hope we will meet at next elections.

My questions:

What do you expect from your first season as an U21 coach of Ísland? What are your goals for this season?

Do you have any thoughts of improving the number of users in Ísland and to make the Íslandic fora a little more active?

How well do you know the U21-level of Ísland? What kind of skills do you expect from an Íslandic U21-player? F.ex.: do you expect defenders to be double very good/excellent/formidabel/outstanding/...
Question that is very related to this one: What are your minimum requirements for your players (according to age and position)?

Do you have some scouts/assistants that are willing to help you yet? Are you willing to be an assistant/scout of the winner of this election in the case you lose?

What's your favourite type of tactic? How much defenders, winger or not, offside trap or not,...?

What opponent do you want to play in week 1? Are you planning of participating the Mini WC U21? Which kind of opponents do you want to play next season?

My questions:

Well, I would like to improve the ranking of U21 Island. I think we can beat several small countries, with good tactis. Against the bigger ones, i think a good defensive tactic maybe could surprise them, but I can not promise any kind of miracles.

I think that it´s very important a good dialogue with island users, and with the coachs of our best players, to talk about how much is important a good trainning plan.

And I would like to hear everyone, openning specific topics against every opponent, to know what everyone will have to say.

Do you have any thoughts of improving the number of users in Ísland and to make the Íslandic fora a little more active?

I will talk with every islandic user directly from skmail, to encourage them to be more active, but I will be not annoyning: if someone tell me that do not want to be more active, or do not want to help, I will respect that.

And I will open some topics to share about some ideas that I have, to help those ones that want improve their teams, players, trainning, economy and stuff. I think that when you have sucess with your team, it´s bigger the chances you be more active.

I must be straight: I don´t know well the level of U21 Island, so I don´t know what kind of skills to expect from an Islandic U21-player. But I don´t think that this is a problem, because I know the level of all brazillian U21-player, and I know the level of the top U21 player, so, the most important, I know the level of the players that we will confront!

And, of course, I can talk to you (myname) to know what kind of skills to expect from an Islandic U21-player, so I really think that this will not to be a problem.

Minimum requirements will be low, at first, and probably will up a litle bit in the future. There will be no minimum requirements for 16-18 players. I want to update every week the skill of our players.

Do you have some scouts/assistants that are willing to help you yet? Are you willing to be an assistant/scout of the winner of this election in the case you lose?

Yes, I have two brazillian friends that want to help me, but I will be very hapy if someone else help me too, especially island users.

And yes, I can help if I lose the elections.

What's your favourite type of tactic? How much defenders, winger or not, offside trap or not,...?

I like balanced tactics, with powerfull def, mid and att. I like to play with 4 or 5 defenders, it will depend of our opponent. I like very much to use wingers, but it depends on good players. And, yes, I love offside trap! :)

What opponent do you want to play in week 1? Are you planning of participating the Mini WC U21? Which kind of opponents do you want to play next season?

I really don´t know. As soon I win the election, I will be talking with some coach of a small country to play against with.

I don´t know if will have a Mini WC U21, but if have, I want to participate.

I will choose the opponents in function of the world ranking, because it´s not interesting play only against stronger opponnents, or only against weaker opponents, I will mixed up a little bit.
