I´m comming here because I see that probably Ísland will have a large abstention of votes. This election ends at 21 of November (21/11). Today is already 18/11. I just saw 3 votes untill now.

We are in the electoral process, and this is very important. Choose the candidate you believe will do the best for yours national team:

Vote HERE U21 => 3 votes so far # 11 still can vote
Vote HERE Ísland NT => 3 votes # 11 still can vote

You also can questioning the candidates on this forum.

I think it´s important to worry about your personal choices.

I want to ask to our community: what do you expect of future coach? Is it just result? Or something else (like do something to the community grow up)?

I think Island have very good candidates to vote, like sundemo and mikefull in Island NT, and Royal Flush, frote and me (brunoleonardo) in U21 NT. There are only few countries with so many good options, like here.

I believe that people here could participate more, and definitely should vote (those who have not voted yet). After all, a good and interactive coach can make difference to a country grow on this game.

Decide what you consider best for Ísland.

Was also planning to write something down like this, but then again not much islandic coaches are actually reading this forum. Definitly more votes should bring forward the most decent candidate in the eyes of the islandic people... but yeh :s

I have vote but I belive coaches read this forum even so they don´t talk here.
I´m agree about there are 3 very goods candidates in u21, it was difficult decision I took, could have vote all of them. Too, there are 2-3 good candidate in the A team. But there have current coach made great job so thats way it was easy to vote there for me.
