Our last away match in these world cup qualifications. Eesti is now seeded second best in sokker world - tough opponent!

Snorri Bergmannsson will be back in our defence after couple big injuries. Midfield star Haraldsson might be out from this match because of his slight injury.

We need all luck we can get - hopefully my tactic suits with Vilpu's tactics and we can defend opponent strikers better than last time.

Yes and thanks, I will try to check Haraldsson saturday morning - if he is ok then he will play.

I don`t care about your line-up or tactic:) I haven`t decided which tactic or line-up I should. Will do that in a few hours, probably will choose something safe.

Ásbjörn Haraldsson is not in lineup against Eesti. His bench place takes Þórir Þráinnsson.

Result: Eesti - Ísland 6 - 2 (2 - 2)

I am little bit disappointed with final result - of cource I know that opponent was better (this time).

Winger Ainelo and strikers Klas-Lagus were just too slippery for us. Our central defence was in big trouble when those guys were running towards our goal. We lost too many high balls in our own penalty area.

First half (2-2) was great - I am pleased with that.

I used this tactic to give a little hope for you and make things interesting. It was obvious you were planning to use winger.

Good game.

Actually I was not planned to use a winger, but before the kickoff I changed my tactics. But I think our game was better with winger => we could hold the ball more.

Round one Latvija beat us badly (4-0) and now it's payback time! :)

Latvija has very good midfielders Leontiev-Zholtok-Krasnov. Their best attacker is Kuvaldin (169 cm) who scored 4 times against Honduras. Brezents is world class level goalie.

It's interesting to see what kind of tactic manager Sharoni will use this time.

We have all first choice players available. Couple players have low form.

It will be great to end these qualifications with victory! ;)

Nice homework , we also have Kula in mid but he has low form for about 4 season now... and our two best strikers for this match are out injured... and Brezents is only 20yr , he will be world class keeper i hope...

I wanted to say that i think what you are doing and trying to do with your young potentials is great and importent , not all managers think about the future when they come to a foreign country and what you are doing with Island small community is great for them and will help them in the future for sure.
