Subject: NT Season 20
A lot of young players are not trained very well. Or even not trained.
As the U21 coach I see this very often, but I can do nothing against it. Almost nobody cares about this.
for example: Vífill Ingþórsson, 17 year
I'm almost sure he will be wasted, the manager is not reacting on my mail if I ask about training.
Maybe the better idea is to close all NT's with less then 50 users. Or they have to implement some protection for smaller countries.

I think national team brings more positive than negative influence for small countries. Not all managers, but some of them are interested in national teams.

First and last minutes of the game were good from us, but most of the game we were defending and defending... when we steal the ball => we couldn't hold the ball or our defenders passed ball over the line. Swedish strikers were speedy and technical. Our central defence was in deap trouble.

Gauti played 15 minutes and when he came in he got 2 great chances (one goal). He turned our defensive game into attacking game.

Germany's ranking is 10. Lot of tough opponents this seasons friendlies against Ísland... :)
Our best midfielder has light injury (7 days now) - so Edvinsson is resting against Germany. We have also problems with defenders - couple important players with low form. But best players are playing!

"Suicide" could describe my 4 man defence line tactic quite well... tried to keep ball more, but this is a wrong tactic to use against tougher opponents.
Nice passing in midfield from us won't help a lot when your defence can't handle opponents strikers. Too slippery men from Deutchland! Our defenders poor form didn't help either...

Marks 74.9 against our 61.8 was little too much - I am still happy how we played. Maybe we should use couple changes more (in midfield)... Valdimarsson in his poor form looked tired.

There will be age update tomorrow (friday) so I don't know yet for sure - are we playing this game with current U25 or current U24 (who will be 25 after age update). :)
