I doubted a long time about my candidature. But 3 things made me sure I want to be the next U21 coach for at least one season:
1) its winter and i've got a lot of time
2) Sigur stopped
3) i'm looking for a new challenge in sokker

My name is Frederik Vanden Abeele, 26 y/o, project engineer in biogas factories.

Sigor Ros, For a minor reflection and Rebekka Guðleifsdóttir drove me towards Ísland. Since some seasons I'm following the scene and know the most of the icelandic coaches. I trained Steingrímur Frostason (NT player now!), Ólafur Örn Bergsteinnsson (ex-NT player), Kristmann Sturlason (ex-U21 player), Knútur Fannason (ex-U21 player), Elmar Sigmundsson (U21) and now i'm training Freybjörn Yngvarsson (the captain of U21 :p).

In my opinion I'm the best choice for U21 Ísland: I've got a lot of experience with tactics, I love to be the underdog, I know the U21 players because i was in the 'team' around Sigur,...

Anyway, i wish the best of luck to Royal flush and brunoleonardo. That the best may win!

I'm here again! Totally available to lead Island in the upcomming qualification for the World Cup.

It will be really hard since the players are not as good as this season, but that only motivates me :) I know the players best.
