Subject: [U21] pospi

Hallo! I'm pospi, the manager from Czech Republic. I play sokker.org for a 4 years and I guess I have many experiences with playing against stronger and weaker rivals, tactics (defensive or offensive) and scouting (I'm scout and assistant of national team of Philippines).

Something about me:

I'm a student. I study tourism services, so English is not problem (of course, not perfect :]). Holidays are 2 months in summer in Czech Republic, so I have much time. Thats one of the reasons why I decide to run to coach U21 next season.

Iceland

I think that the national team has more and its potential is high here. I see matches this season under your U21 coach frote and I think it's a damage and mistake that he is use still same tactic.

What I offer?:

I offer different tactics by rivals levels, scouting a best players in Iceland, finding the best managers for their training (here or Czech Republic). I have many friends which can to help me with their training, scouting and other important things. And I have many experiences young players (average age of my team is 19.9) and name of my team is captures, I think. :]

My aims:

- use a potential
- TOP
- finding new managers
- helping new and inexperienced managers
- scouting young and talented players

:)eh, little mistake.. I was run to coach of Wales last season and that is in my PC now.. and with title "Wales" :P

But that's up to the local users to decide!

I want to make a little comment on me using still the same tactic.
Reason was that he worked really fine with the 'best' players that were available. Tried some things in my first season as NT coach and he came out as best. Besides that i couldn't use any more defending/counter tactics against big countries since there were just no decent defenders available this season.

As is said before sunshine is comming again next season, since we got some good youngsters who can take us to the next level. Also that brings forward again the possibility of using more tactics.

Anyway, my vote goes to Sigur who's far more experienced then you. Not that i've got any voting rights... but just my humble opinion that i would like to share with you.

It's not reason that you couldn't use any more tactics against big countries. You should so good you to could use other tactics.

By the way, I said that you used same tactic in all matches, not anything against what you should like to defend :)

And Sigur is very experienced manager, I respect him.. but this was challenge for me and.. Challenge was accepted :))
