Last game in world cup qualifications (10th round). This is very important match for Uruguay. They need full 3 points to qualify and same time Poland needs to beat Bulgaria.

We put rocks on the Uruguay's wheel and win this one! ;=)

Friendly U25 game Ísland - Portugal ended 1-4 (0-4).

And good news for tomorrows qualification games - no injuries.

First half was disastrous, but second half was better. Also our goalie played much better second half.

Lëtzebuerg - Ísland

We play this friendly game with U25 players (after age update today). Opponent plays with U26 players.

Our lineup tomorrow => Promising 22 yo goalie Hjaltson is our keeper. We have good strikers and goalie. Bjarnarsson is allready world class defender. Midfield is our biggest question mark for these age groups, but I think they develope quickly.

Not the best performance, but 0-1 win is ok with younger players than Lëtzebuerg used.

Magnús Hjaltson got 19 days injury - but these things just happen.

If you look at our player marks you see that they are very close. Only Eysteinnsson and our goalies got high marks. This can be our strenghtenes, but I am still hoping more world class marks in future.

This game will be seasons last match. We will use our best players because our opponent manager is using their best lineup also.

Our opponents ranking (41) is better than ours (58). They might have little bit better avg.marks and game will be very good test for us.

Very tough fight with lot of tackles and free kicks. Both teams got one red card. Fortunately we played without injuries.

We had great breaktrough chances, but our scoring has not been succesfull in last games. Hope we find scoring streak very soon.
