We won against Portugalia. I decided before the match to make some risk in the tactic, because they are the betters. I made 4-5-1 tactic. We haven't chances at the first half, when they come with 5 defs. After they changed with 4 defenders, whe got some occasion for the goals. Fortunately we got goals from the these. I know we need a big luck. I don't say to go every time with 4 defs...

Very nice result for Ísland (and good start).

Island is a good surprise. At the last WCQ playoffs have played well, against Croatia, but didn't get into the World Cup. Now, the team reached the Europe Cup. Before the Europe Cup started. I said somebody wouldn't be surprised Island get into the best 16.

After the 1-1 draw against Portugal we have a good chance to go to the final 16

The 2-1 for us would have been nice dream... At the first goal our offside trap went wrong. One defender stayed with the opponent strikers. I feel we had serious shots. This is ok, a harder opponent had more...

The second half wasn't us. The players tired. Very bad to lose in the last 2-3 minutes... At the 88.minutes Cuba got a goal. After then we had a one and one situation at the last minute, but the result didn't changed 2-2. I am not happy...
