Hello, i play sokker since 2008, I were coach to Island U21 ib 2014. At my club team I've been training strikers, If you have strikers who have chances to reach national, I wish with the utmost pleasure to buy and train for the national team. I know that you are a little users, and work in a team to do it myself at a rate of 80%, but would have needed at least 1 user from you guys to help me look for young talent for the national team.I have friends who train midfielders and defenders, any player who has a chance at national and want to sell it I will post it on the Forum of Romania as being more likely to be bought by a user who will work out much better.

Hey guys, It's honor for me to lead your NT U21, thank you for that 1 vote i got and I hope I can help you in all ways, which are needed to make your possition better than is now.. Can I ask you, to write me there all managers, who are active? It would be the best way to cooperate with you.. We need to make database of players and start to do as much as we can to get Island football better as it was when there was Cambrant few years ago..

Who doesn't know me, I'm Bone_Fletcher, real name Zdenek, 25 years old manager.. I play this game since 2006, so it's almost 11 years.. I used to coach Pilipinas senior NT and after that Czech rep. U21 where I got in to quarter final, where we lost aganist Bosnia 3:4 after leading 3:0 after first period.. That was a pity..

I'm here to help to your country and also to get new experience, but what I really need now is your help, to make team, which can compare the power against others..

I also did the scouting today, repaired NTDB, wrote to every manager of players, who where in that DB or in NT.. now it depends on updates..

Terribly sorry that i didn't post prematch information, I had lot of work yesterday and today.. Tomorrow i will sum up that match ;)

I had little problems in real life but now is all getting okay so it's time to work now.. Yesterday I did some database actualisation, today morning I set the tactique and line up for today's match against Australia..

We are gonna play at 21:29 home in Island.. Guess it's 20:29 of your time but I'm not sure.. Today's tactique will be very similar to the first one from last week, but there are some changes.. As we have the best midfielders but worse defenders and strikers, we will play again on five midifielders and will hope to score some goal.. Last match we had 12 opportunities, more than our opponent, but we lost 3:0 as we had really bad finishing.. It's because we don't have any qualit striker, so we have to just pray for random great strike to score..

I'm hoping, hope you are too..

Wohoooo, 2:1 victory!!! Wow, such an amazing match, we could also win 4:1, but Im so glad just for this.. We have been 82nd in ranking at the start of seasson and now we are 78th :) Just hope we will continue in this great efforts and try to get more wins or just points to ranking. Viva Island!!
