You need to start other skills aswell beside only defense. You must train pace...slow defenders are bit useless.

Ok. He is future NT player.

I suggest 1-2 skills in playmaking, then passing for one season and then pace/tech.

Ef einhver hefur leikmann, 20 ára eða yngri og verðmæti (value) hans er amk 7,5 milljón, vinsamlegast sendið mér hæfileikana (skill) hjá honum.

Goal keepers are very important.
Because right now I made a deal we can use two 21y players. If I could find at least very good keeper, then we might play with only U-20 squad.
