PS! For assistants and junior coaches only their overall skill matters, which in your case is brilliant.

Could you show him, I suspect his wage could be bit high for him.

his wage is too high for a magical, that`s because of the high keeper skill. Normal wage would be under 3.5m kr.

I must say that i really like to see a magical juniorcoach, this is to secure the future for the Island NT :D

you have to hige wages question to look on the coach transfermarket and get someone whit lower wages and question to get 300.000 higer wages and get unearthly coach

Það kemur vissulega til greina að hækka mig upp. Ástæðan fyrir þessu var að ég vildi fá hliðarpoppinn upp. Þess vegna fékk ég hann upphaflega sem aðalþjálfara en þegar ég skipti yfir í playmaking gat unglingaþjálfarinn séð um það. Reynslan af magical er það góð að ég mun ekki lækka mig þar sem peningarhliðin er ekki vandamál eftir miklar endurskipuleggingar á sínum tíma.

It´s quite possible that I get uneathly junior coach. Have tried sometimes but they have been sold to high.
I took magical as head coach long time ago becasue I want to get side pops as bonus and too because I want to have the possibility to change training with out always being changing coach. This was part of my rebuilding when I was in big problem with financial. I sold or sack players and decided to trust on juniors coming up. It´s works with really hard work for long time and now the wages are no problem because I have a lot of money and will keep it that way!
When I change to playmaking training the junior coach could handle it so I moved them some weeks ago. The exp are so good that I will not be with less than magical and have sometimes tried to get unearthly and still are trying to do it!
