normally he gets 2 weeks passing now until good. and then playmaking,next season a lot of pace en tech.
the goal is to get him in the u21 @ 20years old. probably as a winger because i don't train any defense anymore
Ah, then you are on the right track with your training.
Personnaly i love a winger with as hig tech as possible, but the other skills is of course very important as well.

sry guys i just dont understand how i am supposed to see their talent with the new system..
No one knows at the moment, it will take some weeks until it is stable.
Play your juniormatches to get a reliable talent, thats my only advice right now.

a way to see the talent is to count the number of pops in the weeks that he was in your youth school and then divide it by that amount of weeks.
F.ex. on a plus screen, I see a player who popped (in total then off course) 3 times:
(3 pops)/ (11 weeks)= 0,27 pops/week==> talent 3,66
Off course this is not necessarily a good approximation for youth that stayed in your school for a short time, but on a long term it is a good way of saying what the talent will be, I guess.

I think that jonas is reffering to the new system where tje talent goes up and down in the beginning.
But maybe i misunderstood.

I know, but the method I described is still usefull on the long term, I guess :-)
yeah you understood right, and your right myname this method you showed is good on a long-term. But i will just keep playing all junior matches and get a stable talent
