I don't really know what he should train best. Iceland has a shortness on the midfield and he could be a real star.

His striker skill will be lost if trained as midfielder or defender.
Some playmaker, passing an defender skills are nice for a striker.

I think Noteboom will train him as midfielder. Pace is surely needed, but otherwise his skills looks so good that he will be star player - no mather where his place will be.

I just hope he will not recieve a lot of playmaker training now.

Sure he will be a star and it is Noteboom his choice what he will train him. I only can try giving some advice.

He can play almost all position. Would be great striker but my decision for let him train as inner is that he can defend and he can score. And my exp have show me that it is very important. Like all my inners he will get all rounded training (inner, pace, tech, passing). It´s excellent that his worst skills are pace because me players are training it this weeks.

No sorry, it´s hard keeping track with the talent because of the new junior system. But I will try to keep track of it in future

You could use a program like Sokkerviewer to keep track of the talent of your players. You can download this program here

If you then want to calculate what the talent of your youth players might be, you'll have to use some kind of linear regression. You can download the excel sheet here.
