This afternoon we host the one-but-last game of the league. After losing the previous 2 games against patpatat's and grmbl's team, we're still one point behind "The Rouches", who are our rivals this afternoon.
As simple mathematics show, we relegate in case of a loss. A draw will most likely result in the same situation, given the worse goal difference and our last game against future league winners "KFC Putte". To put it briefly, we simply need to win this game and hope the last games of the season next week will not end with a disaster from our point of view. In that case we face a serious challenge against one of the "2de Klasse" winners in a one-game-battle for a spot in Belgium's top league.
So, we are facing 1 and hopefully 2 hard games in the next week. Unfortunately, preparation of today's game was not exactly perfect. Some key assets are not getting the right form, while other players are steadily losing skills. The most worrying factor of the team is once again the defense with Kozojed and Gil not gaining form, Suchorowicz dropping form and Pezzi not having the right skills anymore. Alas, nothing to do about it. We must keep the 3 points at the "Theatre of Tragedy". For Victory or Death!
