Roeland wrote another piece of history by making it through to the semi-finals of the Belgian Cup.
We had to compete against powerhouse and multi-winner of both cup AND 1st class league, Achilles.
A good scouting and a strong group might give ourselves the victory over the goosebumps match, but Achilles proved again why he's the one to beat in the cup... Sadly, after about 30 minutes of play, we had to substitute Gilmot who went out on injury and his replacement was none other than 17y old youngster De Swaef. Off course,not up for the task we saw alot of chances turned over in counter attacks for Achilles.
Still we had some chances but Jessamine didn't had the cool to finish the few chances he created.
And while we were ahead 1-0 after 85 minutes, most players were run out of breath and we conceded a goal to see ourselves continue in extra-time were we went under to lose 1-2.
Sooo close......
